Hosted buyers, please submit your application below by May 15th. Your application will be reviewed by our buyer committee and if accepted, you will receive an invitation to register to attend. Your participation would include two nights' accommodations at one of our host hotels (as assigned by our chapter) and 2.5 days of education, business networking, incentive quality evening events, breakfasts, lunch and activities. Airfare may be provided to a select number of planners outside of Colorado to include UT, AZ and NV.

In order to provide the best value to our sponsors, we require applicants to provide at least (2) examples of incentive/motivational meeting programs & events in the past two years. Any information provided in this regard shall be treated with the strictest confidence. This detail shall only be used for the purposes of evaluating suitability of applicants to attend each of our Hosted Buyer events to ensure the best possible experience for all involved.
