Hosted buyer participation includes two nights' accommodations at the Pendry Park City, 2.5 days of education, business networking, incentive-quality evening events, breakfasts, lunch, and fun destination activities. Airfare may be provided to a select number of planners traveling from outside of Utah.

In order to provide the best value to our sponsors, we require applicants to provide at least (2) examples of incentive/motivational meeting programs & events in the past two years. Please include location, number of rooms, number of nights, number of attendees, and type of event. Any information provided in this regard shall be treated with the strictest confidence. This detail shall only be used for the purposes of evaluating suitability of applicants to attend each of our Hosted Buyer events to ensure the best possible experience for all involved.
