The hosted buyer application deadline has now passed.

If you are still interested in attending, you’re welcome to complete the application below to be considered for our waitlist. Applications will be reviewed by our buyer committee, and if space becomes available, you may receive an invitation to register.

Hosted buyer participation includes two nights' accommodations at the Pendry Park City, 2.5 days of education, business networking, incentive-quality evening events, breakfasts, lunch, and fun destination activities. Airfare may be provided to a select number of planners traveling from outside of Utah.

In order to provide the best value to our sponsors, we require applicants to provide at least (2) examples of incentive/motivational meeting programs & events in the past two years. Please include location, number of rooms, number of nights, number of attendees, and type of event. Any information provided in this regard shall be treated with the strictest confidence. This detail shall only be used for the purposes of evaluating suitability of applicants to attend each of our Hosted Buyer events to ensure the best possible experience for all involved.
