Volunteer & Enjoy a Post Networking Reception

Embrace the joy of giving at the SITE Mountain West volunteer event on Wednesday, September 17th.

We have two exciting parts to this event:

Part 1: Come volunteer with us at Project Angel Heart from 1:00pm - 3:30pm for a fulfilling experience (no charge, just your dedication and passion).

Part 2: Afterward, we invite you to a delightful reception at Bigsby's Folly from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM

Please join us for both events if your schedule allows, or choose the one that works best for you. Be sure you click on the volunteer option plus your attendee type (planner, member supplier or non-member supplier) to register for both. If you cannot do both, please select only one or the other to participate. Thank you!

Project Angel Heart Information:

We have SITE Mountain West Chapter confirmed for September 17 at 1pm with up to 25 volunteers! We kindly ask that everyone registers prior to this date.

• 1pm -3:30pm Breakfast Packing shift, 8 -12 volunteers

• 1pm -3:30pm Breakfast Dish-up shift, 9 -13 volunteers

IMPORTANT:  Once you've registered here, please find your confirmation email and use the link provided to register directly with Project Angel Heart as well.

 2. Select your desired event and follow the on-screen instructions to access the CERVIS registration system. If this is your first time using the CERVIS online registration system, you will be prompted to create a Volunteer Profile.
