SITE Season of Giving: Volunteer and Celebrate

We have two exciting parts to this event:

Part 1: Join us for a rewarding volunteering experience at Project Angel Heart from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM (no cost).

Part 2: Afterward, we invite you to a delightful networking reception at the Ritz-Carlton Denver from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (fee to attend).

Please join us for both events if your schedule allows, or choose the one that works best for you. Be sure you click on the volunteer option plus your attendee type (planner, member supplier or non-member supplier) to register for both. Or select only one or the other to participate if you cannot do both. Thank you!

Project Angel Heart Information: 

If you will be volunteering at Project Angel Heart you will need to complete a short form on their website for your participation. This will need to be completed prior to the activity.  Click on https://cerv.is/0414rSITEMW. Please use the Event Reservation Code: SITEMW.

DAY OF:

Arrive by 1pm for a tour!

Park on the EAST /BACK side of our building and we will meet you there

Dress code:

Baseball cap and/or hair covering

Closed toe shoes

Jeans are fine, no holes or rips

No tank tops, shirts must have a sleeve

Info on the volunteer positions:

Packing Shift - Wednesdays, 1pm -4pm, Volunteers: 8 – 13

• Create an assembly line to pack breakfast bags or enhancements for clients needing extra nutrition.

Kitchen Assistance (dish-up) – Wednesdays, 1:00 pm – 4 pm, Volunteers: 9 - 13

• Assist in the Project Angel Heart Kitchen to scoop, wrap, and seal breakfast meals. Ages 18 and up.

Select your desired event and follow the on screen instructions to access the CERVIS registration system. If this is your first time using the CERVIS online registration system, you will be prompted to create a Volunteer Profile.  Remember to use the Event Reservation Code: SITEMW.

Ritz Carlton Denver Networking Reception Event Information:

Let's celebrate the holidays and share some cheer with friends and colleagues. The Ritz Carlton Denver will be our host location for our holiday gathering with refreshments and nibbles. We are requesting everyone to bring a new child's gift that will be donated to a local children's charity organization (charity details provided soon).

Buyer parking will be complimentary at the Ritz Carlton Denver. Suppliers will be provided with a discount for parking. Vouchers will be provided at our event check-in table.
